We strive to ensure that the information on our website is as accurate, complete, and current as possible. However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
3. Product Display & Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our furniture products. However, due to the natural characteristics of wood/fabric and variations in computer monitor displays, we cannot guarantee that the color, texture, or detail of the actual product will exactly match what you see on your screen.
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because we aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours), the window to cancel or modify an order is very short. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse or handed over to the carrier (FedEx/LTL Freight), it cannot be canceled or modified and must be processed as a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability In
no case shall TREXO LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, strictly limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
