1. Order Processing Time

After an order is placed, it is typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Free Shipping & Transit Times

We offer free shipping on orders delivered within the contiguous United States. To support more efficient delivery, orders may be fulfilled from different U.S. warehouse locations based on product availability and shipping destination.

• Shipping Method: Orders are primarily shipped via FedEx or USPS.
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

3. Delivery Details (Important)

• Standard Delivery: For most items, FedEx will deliver the package directly to your front door.
• Curbside Delivery for Large Items: For exceptionally large furniture, our standard free shipping is “Curbside Delivery”. The driver will unload the item at the curb or end of your driveway. They strictly will NOT carry the item inside your home, up stairs, or assemble it. Please arrange for help if you need to move the furniture inside.
• Freight Appointments: If an item is too large for FedEx and requires a freight carrier, they may call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number at checkout is correct.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.
