1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (1-2 business days). Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Free Shipping & Transit Times

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. By utilizing our network of 22 warehouses across the country, we ensure your items are dispatched from the closest location to shorten delivery times.

• Shipping Method: Orders are primarily shipped via FedEx.
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

3. Delivery Details (Important)

• Standard Delivery: For most items, FedEx will deliver the package directly to your front door.
• Curbside Delivery for Large Items: For exceptionally large furniture, our standard free shipping is “Curbside Delivery”. The driver will unload the item at the curb or end of your driveway. They strictly will NOT carry the item inside your home, up stairs, or assemble it. Please arrange for help if you need to move the furniture inside.
• Freight Appointments: If an item is too large for FedEx and requires a freight carrier, they may call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number at checkout is correct.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.
